Reset Day 1

So, yesterday was day one on the P.I.N.K Method weightloss program.  I had no problem at all and I was not hungry.  So far today I'm doing well too.  I have posted pictures of my three meals from yesterday.  Breakfast: PINK Drink #1, Lunch: Grilled Boneless Pork Chop, Grilled Asparagus and 2 Slices of Tomato.  Dinner: Grilled Salmon, Sauteed Swiss Chard and 2 Slices of Tomato.

  1. A returning PINK and also incorporating the 21 day Fix workouts. So I am resetting before the next round. I am going to use PINKSTERs meals for the next round, as the diet for fix seems to be not working
